Criminal authority Jap: photo, biography, family

It's no secret that criminal activity in our country sometimes reaches such proportions that most of the "thieves in law" find themselves in the dock for committed atrocities. You will not envy their fate, since in prisons they often find their last refuge, where they die, without having served their time. But at large, their life is full of bright, eventful events, it simply ā€œbeats the keyā€ because they are engaged in a ā€œspecificā€ craft. In this sense, the criminal authority of Jap is no exception. Some call him the king of the underworld. A huge number of articles have been written about him, published not only in our country, but also far beyond its borders.

One way or another, but whatever criminal story you take, it will definitely have something in common with the above figure. The lion's share of materials telling about domestic organized crime groups is considered from the point of view of the relationship of their leaders with Vyacheslav Ivankov.

Criminal authority Jap is known to many for articles in print media, journalistic notes. There are already few secrets in his biography. Nevertheless, from time to time it is replenished with new facts and circumstances. So, who is he, the criminal authority of Jap, and what is generally known about him? Let's consider this question in more detail.

Curriculum Vitae

Ivankov Vyacheslav Kirillovich - a native of the city of Moscow. He was born on January 2, 1940. The family of criminal authority of Jap is a drinking father, a squeamish and very suspicious mother. From early childhood, Vyacheslav was a frail child: doctors discovered in him an eclipse of the lungs and an expansion of the heart. To somehow improve his health, he was sent to sanatoriums from time to time.

But the young man soon set himself the goal: to acquire perfect physical shape. And the criminal authority of Yaponchik, whose biography is a whole kaleidoscope of bright events, fateful meetings, really put maximum effort into this. He enrolled in the freestyle wrestling section, participated in sports competitions and sometimes won victories in them.

After graduating from eight classes of the school, Vyacheslav became a student at the circus school, wanting to become an experienced air gymnast. But one day a misfortune happened during training: a young man broke off the trapeze, and the doctors diagnosed him with a closed skull injury. Over time, Vyacheslav abandoned training, and then completely said goodbye to the circus school. Ivankov got a job as a mechanic at a consumer services plant, and then he was promoted to foreman. In parallel with work, he attends evening school classes. Already at the age of twenty, a failed aerial gymnast binds himself with marriage. Jap (criminal authority), his wife - Assyrian Lidiya Aivazova - were glad that soon their family was replenished by one person: they had a son. After some time, trouble happened again: Vyacheslav crashes a car, and he gets a head injury.

Beginning of a criminal career

According to an agent of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Jap was obsessed with a criminal idea from his youth. Even if he did not feel a special need for money, he took up the matter with pleasure, and it does not matter that the risk is huge, and the broth is nominal.

For the first time, Ivankov had problems with the law at the age of twenty-five. He made an attempt to steal from his clothing pocket. However, the young man did not receive real punishment at that time, since the court sent him to compulsory treatment in connection with existing health problems. But Vyacheslav did not want to be treated: he escaped from a medical institution and hid from the police for some time, which, by the way, did not stop him from finishing the 10th and 11th grades of high school under the accelerated program.

The gang "Mongola"

By chance, the criminal authority of Yaponchik fell into a criminal group led by Gennady Korkov (Mongol). He immediately noted a young guy who showed great promise in boxing: even at school, he could fulfill the CCM standard. Gradually, Vyacheslav began to draw closer to the gang, the number of which was about three dozen thugs. The young man began to participate in extortion, blackmail, robbery. The victims, as a rule, were underground millionaires, farmers, workshops, and well-known collectors. Victims preferred not to go to law enforcement agencies : they simply could not believe them (since there were no a priori criminal communities in the developed socialism country), and they did not want to explain the origin of the money to the police. In order for the victims to keep their mouths shut, Jap (a criminal authority in the future), along with his accomplices, took them out with their families to the forest and intimidated them in every possible way.

Gang caught

In 1972, detectives from MUR managed to cover a gang of Mongols. The leader was given 14 years in prison. The remaining members of the organized crime group also received "serious" terms of imprisonment. But Ivankov managed to escape from law enforcement.

Criminal authority Yaponchik, whose photo ā€œadornedā€ the stand ā€œThe police are looking for themā€ for a long time, hastened to lie low and ā€œgo to the bottomā€.

Own organized crime group

Over time, Vyacheslav Ivankov decides to create his own criminal group. Initially, she works on a narrow profile: having changed into a police uniform, bandits search the housing of those who live ā€œon unearned incomeā€, and their property is completely confiscated. However, extortion was not alien to Ivankovā€™s organized crime group: on his orders, the victims were also transported to the forest, where they were intimidated. After some time, the composition of the Yaponchikā€™s gang is replenished by members of the former Mongolian group: thugs with the nicknames ā€œBaldaā€, ā€œPlumā€, after serving their time, are ready to start craft again. The Ivankov organized crime group begins to ā€œrattleā€ throughout the country. The geography of gang crimes is becoming vast: everywhere after it remains a mountain of corpses. Criminal authority Yaponchik, whose photo is regularly published by the Soviet press, having committed extortion or robbery, constantly "comes out of the water". However, lucky him, as they say, "for the time being, for the time being."

Arrest

In 1974, Vyacheslav Ivankov, together with his accomplice, got into a fight with bandits from Georgia, as a result of which one of the Caucasians was killed by a pistol. Jap is accused of a crime, arrested and taken to a pre-trial detention center. They find a fake driverā€™s license. In Butyrka, the coronation of the above thief in law took place. It should be noted that Ivankov landed in the camera for a short while. The court passed a acquittal, since the evidence base was not enough to put Jap in prison for ten years.

He was only charged with making fake documents. In 1978, he again briefly hit the bunk for carrying knives.

KGB connects to business

When Ivankov was released in 1980, he came under the scrutiny of state security officials. The criminal group of Yaponchik was in full view of the Chekists, who had no particular difficulty in establishing where the illegal apartments in which the bandits lived were located.

In 1981, security officials learned that Ivankovā€™s organized crime group was planning to swim and sunbathe on the Black Sea. It was on vacation that the KGB officers intended to arrest the members of the organized crime group. Jap tried to hide from law enforcement on a VAZ-2106 car, but he did not succeed. During the search of personal belongings, several ā€œfakeā€ driver's licenses and passports of different names were seized from the gang leader. Also, medical certificates were found from the criminal, which testified that Ivankov is a disabled person of group II and suffers from schizophrenia. And again, the witnesses refused to confirm the testimony they gave earlier. As a result, Jap was charged with only one episode of extortion. He was severely punished - 14 years in prison. He served it first in the village of Taly, Magadan Region, and then he was transferred to Tulun (zone ST-2) for malicious violation of order. Here, Jap had to repeatedly prove his thieves' authority: he got involved in fights with cellmates and often ended up in a punishment cell and a punishment cell.

Recruitment

Some sources indicate that Ivankov was recruited by KGB officers while serving a prison term. A certain role in this was played by a ā€œcolleague in the craftā€ - Otari Kvantrishvili, who made friends with some senior officials from law enforcement agencies. In the United States, during a search of Jap, a pack of fake passports was found, and in the selection of countries it very much resembled a special kit that had been seized from the Chekists earlier.

ā€œMust releaseā€

Being in the zone, Jap suddenly begins to bear the thought of parole. Through his lawyers, he addresses complaints to supervisory authorities, where he writes that he was convicted illegally. His wife sends several letters to the deputies. In fairness, it should be said that the conditions in which Ivankov was serving his sentence were very comfortable: in the Tulunsky colony he eats well and sleeps sweetly.

After some time, a request comes from the secretariat of the Supreme Court, which includes a request to send a testimonial to Jap, to resolve the issue of changing his sentence. And the administration of the colony sends a "most positive" characteristic, which indicates that Ivankov has long embarked on the path of correction.

In January 1991, the assistant chairman of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR Merkushev appealed to the Moscow City Court with a motion to review the case of Jap. A month later, the judge decides to mitigate the punishment of the leader of the gang of organized crime groups, and in November 1991 Ivankov was released. Why did the inveterate felon suddenly be released? There is a version that KGB officers were interested in this. They wanted Ivankov to ā€œtameā€ the insolent Caucasians who were members of the Chechen and Georgian organized crime groups. As soon as Vyacheslav was released, he immediately rallied the ā€œladsā€ to think about how to solve the above problem. It was necessary to go to the USA.

"Overseas"

However, crossing the border and leaving for the United States proved to be difficult: two passports were not enough for this. A fictitious film studio was created, and Ivankov, as its director, was able to freely leave for the United States. Soon after arrival, the film company was liquidated.

In a country of developed democracy, Jap very quickly turned into a successful entrepreneur. He dressed in classic costumes, put on glasses in a gold frame, rode on elite foreign cars and dined in expensive restaurants.

Jap crime boss

The time has come to establish contact with reputable Georgian thieves. Gradually, he turned into a kind of buffer zone between the Slavic organized crime groups and the Caucasian organized crime groups, moreover, Yaponchik himself repeatedly repeated that for him there were no nationalities. In the end, he managed to mitigate the conflict, but he could not agree with the Chechen thugs: they did not want to observe thieves' traditions and concepts. In America, Ivankov began to show interest in the drug trade and often resolved disputes between "Russian" businessmen. The authorities accused him of extorting money from entrepreneurs, in the end, he went to prison for 9 years. After serving Jap, he is deported to Russia, where he is accused of another crime - the murder of two Turkish citizens, but the jury delivered an acquittal verdict.

Personal life

In the relationship with the opposite sex of the Jap, there are also many secrets. His wife in the United States received the surname Slutskaya. New York officials were convinced that Ivankovā€™s wife was a certain Irina Ola. There is evidence that a ā€œFaina Commissarā€ everywhere accompanied the criminal thief.

You can not discount the version that Yaponchik (criminal authority) and Nicole Kuznetsova (participant in the popular television show "Battle of psychics") were husband and wife. But one cannot believe in the truth of this information.

Death

It cannot be said that the murder of the criminal authority of Jap was a complete surprise to everyone.

Murder of the criminal authority of Jap

In October 2009, he died of peritonitis in a cancer clinic in the capital. The leader of the organized criminal group had many enemies, as, indeed, patrons. They shot him when he left the Thai Elephant restaurant. And although there were certain difficulties in the investigation of this case, the detectives identified the one who shot Ivankov. It turned out to be an Afghan veteran. According to one version, the death of the criminal authority of Jap is the result of a showdown between bandit groups led by Tariel Oniani (Taro) and Aslan Usoyan (Ded Hassan). For a long time they were at enmity with each other, as a result of which several famous thieves in law were killed. Undoubtedly, Yaponchik (criminal authority), whose funeral took place at the Vagankovsky cemetery of the capital, was a colorful and influential figure in the criminal world.
