Almost everyone knows that the correct daily routine affects the duration of our lives. Scientists, physicians and specialists from other fields of science have come up with many rules and compiled many schedules when you need to get up, when to go to bed, when to work, when to relax. Even when making love, and this is calculated. Some of us, having thoroughly studied all the recommendations, strive to unconditionally follow them. Of course, the rejection of bad habits, which have no place even in the exceptions to the rules, significantly reduces various kinds of health problems. Reduces, but, unfortunately, does not completely eliminate them. Why?
Firstly, because each of us is a whole small universe, living according to its own laws. What is perfect for one may be useless for another. For example, an awakening clause. The correct regime of the day prescribes to wake up and get out of bed between the 5th and 6th hours of the morning, because it is during this period of the day that hormones from the adrenal glands begin to be released, the circulatory system and other body systems become more active. Simon Park, a popular psychologist in England, believes that to be happy you need to wake up at 5 a.m. But Richard Waitley, an equally popular philosopher of the last century, believed that there was nothing to fill up the lost hour of morning sleep with. Which of them is right? Of course, if a person went to bed at 9 pm and slept soundly all night, then he should get up early. Then his rested body will be completely ready for breakfast and for a very useful morning run.
But what about those who worked until late and went to bed after midnight, or those who, for various reasons, woke up many times during the night? Such people early awakening will not lead to better health, but to various disorders in the functioning of body systems. In addition to these reasons, there are also individual characteristics that are present in each of us and conditionally dividing us into “owls” and “larks”. It has long been noticed that if the “owl” is made to go to bed early , it will suffer midnight, spin, spin, fall asleep late anyway and get up in the morning, at least, without mood, and at the very least, with a headache. The same thing happens with the “larks” if they are not able to go to bed early. Thus, the first important rule of the correct regimen of the day is to listen to your body. In no case should you lie in bed before dinner, but it is also not necessary to force yourself to get up before 6 in the morning. You can get out of bed later. The main thing is to build your next day correctly.
Having risen, having made a run or at least morning exercises and having washed, it is necessary to have breakfast, because the correct diet is also very important. And you need to have breakfast on the go and not on the run, grabbing a sip of coffee and a piece of bread and butter. There is no use to such a breakfast. Some experts give breakfast 25% of the food eaten per day. But among the Japanese, who occupy first place in the world in terms of life expectancy, the breakfast menu includes up to 30 dishes. If we try to do the same, we will need to practically abandon the meat, replacing it with soy and fish, if possible, and begin to eat only barely cooked or barely cooked food, that is, half-baked. Well, of course, you need to learn how to chew for a long time. There is even a saying - “he who chews for a long time lives for a long time”. So if you make the right daily routine, you should spend more time on chewing and absorbing food.
The next time sitting at the table earlier than two hours is not recommended. On the one hand, this is true, because the stomach must get time to process what was loaded into it. But, on the other hand, this time is individually for everyone and depends on our physiological characteristics, on the quality and quantity of food eaten, on their digestibility, calorie content, as well as on physical loads on the body. Someone can feel hunger after breakfast very quickly, and someone at the lunch hour will sit at the table without desire. Doctors have determined that the best time for lunch is before 13 p.m. Later, the activity of biorhythms decreases. However, you need to focus again on your body, and not on the correct regime of the day. If the appetite that appears when the gastric juice begins to be secreted occurs at the “right” hours, this is ideal. But if the body is "used" to dine at two in the afternoon or at three, you should not change the established order.
But you need to relax after dinner. In many countries, afternoon sleep is considered holy. During these hours, all government offices are closed, and in shops, shops and even in restaurants it is time for siesta. What is noteworthy, in those countries where it is, and these include Spain, Italy, Greece, the life expectancy of citizens is much higher. So, making the correct regime of the day, select an hour, or even two, for an afternoon nap.
After the rest, you can cheer yourself up with a cup of coffee, but you can do without it, because according to the calculations of doctors, from four to six in the evening there is a peak in the activity of our body, that is, it is able to perform great physical exertion in the best way. That is why such a time is ideal for sports. Fitness, swimming in the pool, just jogging in a nearby park - everything will do, our whole body will survive. And, of course, after that it will require reinforcements in the form of food.
But with dinner it is advisable not to delay. The plentiful evening menu is contraindicated to all, without exception, even working on the night shift. After eight hours, the stomachs and “owls” and “larks” process the products that have got into them heavily, and a lot of fat deposits accumulate, which not only spoils the figure, but also leads to problems with the heart and blood vessels. Therefore, if a feeling of hunger appeared late in the evening, it is better to satisfy it with fruits, low-fat yogurt or kefir.
And finally, a dream. If the day has passed without stress, if there are no health problems and if nothing and no one bothers, it is better to go to bed at nine o’clock. Close your eyes immediately is not necessary. It is very useful to listen to calm, pleasant music before going to bed, watch a positive program or read a good book. Also, before going to bed, it is useful to take a warm bath with sea salt and a glass of herbal tea. But this is not included in the mandatory program and depends on each person’s personal preferences.
