Treatment of cerebral palsy - a life-long story, perseverance and faith in victory overcome the most difficult cases. Today, every citizen can help such patients, and not just government agencies. Some go further and unite people with a common idea, and the Adele Foundation is an example to follow.
Founders
The Adele Charitable Foundation was opened in 2009 to support the club movement of parents whose children have serious illnesses, primarily cerebral palsy. The initiator of the opening of the public organization was V. S. Harakidzyan, the head of the musical group “Singing Hearts,” which constantly donates part of the concert fees to help children.
In addition to providing financial assistance, VIA participates in charity concerts, conducts music lessons for children, and actively draws attention to the work of the fund. The collective “Singing Hearts” wrote music for the anthem of the foundation “Let Children Never Cry,” to the words of Kasim Kuliev.
Tasks and Goals
Adeli Charitable Foundation (Moscow) is assistance in the interaction of parents, involvement of families in social and social life, achievement of goals and objectives in the rehabilitation of children. An important role in the club’s activities is played by work aimed at uniting the team, fostering complicity and mutual revenue, mutual assistance.

Activities
All organizational and other work in the fund is carried out by parents on a volunteer basis. The following institutions are under the guardianship of the organization:
- Psychoneurological boarding school â„–20.
- Mothers with disabled children at the Zhitenny Monastery in Ostashkovo.
- Specialized orphanage in Konakovo.
- Linen factory children's home for mentally retarded children (Kaluga region).
The organization collaborates with the Department of Social Protection of the City of Moscow on programs aimed at integrating people with disabilities into the social environment and free movement.
The Adele Charitable Foundation is the founder of the All-Russian Wheelchair Rugby Federation. Since 2012, the discipline “Rugby in Wheelchairs” has been included in the register of Paralympic sports. To date, six Russian Championships and three international competitions in this sport have been held.
