What is the story of the film about?
Olga is the main character in this film, she is 30 years old. A beautiful but lonely woman. She divorced her husband and lives in Soviet Leningrad. Combines work at the institute with the upbringing of his 5-year-old son Anton. Olga is making every effort to become happy in her personal life, looking for the person who will help her in this. “After all, a family is like every homeland should be for everyone! Each attempt of the heroine of the film in search of happiness is crowned with failure. First, she tries to connect her life with a lonely bachelor, Benjamin. He is 36 years old, he has never been married and is writing his Ph.D. thesis. But, after they spent one evening together, he leaves Olga.
Herbert appears next in the life of an unhappy woman. He is a Muscovite, working either in Switzerland or in the capital. And it seems that everything began to take shape in the best way possible: Herbert is a dominant, wealthy, handsome man. Vadim realizes who he lost only when Olga left for Moscow. A young woman, leaving an enviable groom, returns with her lover to Leningrad. But Olga’s happiness does not last long, and again she remains alone.
