If the human body works without rest, it depletes its strength and is subjected to heavy loads, which greatly affects the functioning of the nervous system.

Naturally, the type of rest that each person chooses is very important. However, according to experts, in order for the body to gain strength and fully restore the expended forces and energy, the regime of work and rest should imply a regular alternation of active and passive types of the latter.

Studies show that people who spend most of the day doing physical labor should rest passively. If a person is constantly engaged in mental activity, only active species and energetic rest will fill his vitality.

Note that the employer is responsible for the health status of employees, therefore, it is in his interests to correctly develop a labor organization system so that people can work with a high degree of efficiency without harming their own health.
