The Soviet actor Solovyov Alexander in this life was, it seems, a completely random person. He seemed to choose for himself the world in which he wanted to be born. But by mistake, he opened the wrong door, and, stepping out of it from ordinary curiosity, did not find his way back.
Alexander walked through life like a child, marveling at the cynicism and cruelty present in him. And so he died - forgotten and not recognized by all.
To be a clown to amuse ...
Alexander Sokolov, an actor in the future, was born in August 1952, not only seven months old, but also weighing only one and a half kilograms. Such babies survive in very rare cases, especially if they are born in a remote northern village. But in that summer month a miracle happened.
Mom nursed him for a long time in a warm shawl. When she went out with her son for a walk on the street, those around her thought that the woman was carrying a cat.
Sasha grew up a very kind boy. From childhood, he dreamed of becoming a clown in order to amuse people, like Oleg Popov. And all because Sasha wanted to make people never cry. He was truly a bright child. And these qualities of character he inexplicably managed to save for life.
Complete independence
While Sokolov Alexander was a schoolboy, he did not change his dream, being sure that it was the most faithful. Having received a certificate, he went to enter GITIS. And there he immediately conquered the examination committee with its immediacy and lack of all sorts of complexes. Later, these qualities interfered with his work, because he could honestly say that the proposed play was uninteresting, and the director had absolutely no talent. And Alexander was not afraid that he might be fired. In such a dependent acting profession, he was a black sheep, being completely independent. And being very talented.
Igor Kostolevsky and Alexander Fatyushin, no less talented actors, studied with him on the same course.
When Alexander Sokolov, an actor whose photos were often printed in glossy magazines in Soviet times, graduated from college, he had the chance to play three roles in a diploma performance based on a play by Vasily Shukshin. The author himself was then in the hall, he was completely delighted with the game of the young actor.
In the seventies and eighties in his movie saw got a lot of good pictures. Alexander starred in Women’s Club, Boris Godunov, Adam marries Eve, Such a short, long life ... In each of his roles, he was wonderful. And yet, most of the audience was remembered for the role of Handsome. Indeed, the actor Alexander Sokolov was wonderful in this reincarnation. “Green Van” is a film that viewers saw 35 years ago, in 1983, still loved by them largely because of Solovyov.
Lyudochka and Lyudmila
Despite the fact that many girls were crazy about Alexander, for the first time love overtook him in the third year of the institute. It was then that the fragile fair-haired Lyudochka Radchenko entered the first course. Their relationship was negotiated by the whole institute. They got married in the spring of 71st, and soon Sasha’s son was born.
Spouses were not embarrassed by the living conditions of the student hostel. What bothered Alexander was that he went on stage for a long time in the crowd. But then the actor moved to ROMT, where they began to offer him the main roles. Everything seemed to be getting better, but after a while everything changed.
Sokolov Alexander met his love precisely in the new theater, and quite by accident when he saw Lyudmila Gnilova on the stage. She was married for several years, raising a six-year-old daughter. But Alexander, instantly in love, after a single friendly kiss on the cheek, announced the feeling to the whole theater. At home, he immediately informed his wife.
He sought the location of Lyudmila for three whole years. But Gnilova divorced her husband not because of him, but when she found out about her lover who was pregnant from her husband. They signed with Sasha shortly after the divorce. And then they got married in Novosibirsk with a friend of the father. In 1979, their son Misha was born.
They lived two happy decades. But at some point, Sokolov Alexander began to drink. He did not go into binges, but he often drank alcohol. The beginning of the nineties was a difficult time for him. There was no work, no money. The actor moonlighted as a private cab. He was “treated” for problems with alcohol. Together with his wife, they were looking for a good clinic to rid him of such dependence.
Last love...
Once in Feodosia, where Alexander went to be treated, he met Irina Pechernikova, whom he had known since 1969. They were treated by one doctor. At the same time, their romance began, which, however, then did not end with anything, because Misha was still small. But when the boy became an adult, Alexander went to Irina. They say they got married.
They lived together for three years. They lived outside the city, the actor was engaged in farming, baking bread, fishing. The tragedy happened on the night of December 25-26, 1999. On the street, a decently dressed man without documents was found with a head injury in the back of his head. He was sent to the Sklifisovsky Institute, where he died on January 1, 2000, unidentified. There the body lay for three weeks, until one of the employees of the morgue realized that the deceased is very similar to the Handsome from the "Green Van".
