These include the principle of scientificness, consistency, focus, the optimal combination of centralized regulation of the system, which is managed with its self-regulation, taking into account the personal characteristics of employees, as well as social psychology, the principle of ensuring compliance of duties, rights and responsibilities of numerous management participants in the process of achieving all production goals, the principle of comprehensive competitiveness of all managerial employees.
The objects of production management are nothing but production systems and production as a whole. It is important to understand that production is an activity aimed at creating something that can be called useful: services, materials, products, products. And production systems are a combination of workers, objects and tools, and other elements that are necessary for the functioning of the system in the process of creating services and products.
