Learning to do pedicures at home

Every man knows that a woman should be beautiful from the ends of her hair to her heels. And this means that women's legs need no less care than all the other parts of her body. It is a pity that not every woman understands this, and does not attach any particular importance to the pedicure procedure. And even though the legs are mostly hidden from the eyes of other people, you need to take care of them as well as hands. To instill a little desire, I will say that you need to do a pedicure not only for beauty, but also in order to clean our legs of dead keratinized cells that interfere with the normal functioning of the nerve endings (and there are a lot of them on the legs). Surely many have already sighed, because to do a pedicure, you need to go to the salon and melt the money. All this can be avoided if you learn to do pedicures at home. There is nothing complicated in this, there would be a desire and some free time.

Equipment

So, for a start we will understand what we need. We need to prepare pedicure tools. To do this, you can use a ready-made set for manicure and pedicure, which is not difficult to buy in the store. The most important thing that we need is scissors, a wooden stick for removing cuticles and a nail file. What else is needed, we will understand in the course of the job description.

Steaming and cleaning

Before you start doing pedicures at home, the feet should be steamed. To do this, prepare a bath of warm water. To make the procedure more pleasant and useful, in the bath you can add a decoction of chamomile, linden flowers or oak bark. They will relieve inflammation in the legs, and oak bark will also reduce perspiration. You can also add sea salt, which will help heal small cracks and wounds. Feet should be steamed until their skin turns pink. Usually this procedure lasts 15-20 minutes.

After the feet are steamed, they need to be cleaned. To do this, remove one foot from the water, apply a scrub to it and slowly rub it into the skin with a metal brush. Pumice will help remove dead cells. The same thing needs to be done with the other leg.

Cuticle removal

We do pedicures at home further. Now you need to remove the cuticles from the nails. To do this, it is necessary to lubricate it with a special cream, wait a couple of minutes and push the cuticle with a wooden stick to the base of the nail. Cutting the cuticle is undesirable, yet it protects the nails from damage and infection by any infection.

Cutting and painting nails

Now you need to tidy your nails. They should be cut in a straight line. Rounded nails (especially large) can grow into the fingers and create discomfort. Yes, and getting rid of them is extremely difficult, you will have to seek help from a doctor. Please note that file legs should be from the edges to their base. Movement "back and forth" can lead to stratification of nails and their ugly appearance. If the surface of the nails is uneven, it can be made smooth with a soft nail file or puff, which must have the smallest formivity.

Before you begin to paint your nails, first apply the base under the varnish. She will correct minor bumps in the nails. Next, the varnish itself is applied directly (color or transparent). Apply a protective varnish to an already dried surface.

Extra care

We finish the pedicure at home with a little care. It consists in the following: on the soles of the feet it is necessary to apply a moisturizer and rub in with gentle movements. If your legs still look painful and sloppy, you can try oil wraps. They are done like this: heated oil must be applied to the skin, wrapped with a bandage, and put on top of cellophane and warm socks. Sit in all this for thirty minutes. The condition of the skin of the legs will noticeably improve after 2-3 procedures.
