Almost every athlete who is engaged in boxing, sets himself the task of developing a good hand punch. But it is not so simple. To achieve this, you need to work long and hard in training. The constant practice of striking a punching bag, as well as working with the paw, are the most effective methods of practicing a blow.
At each training session, “fist stuffing” should be carried out, which will make the blow tougher.
The arm muscles are rather poorly developed, therefore this procedure is quite important for each fighter. Most often in the classroom, the wrist and thumb suffer. The strongest punch
should not cause
pain, and even more so lead to injury.
In order to prevent injuries, it is necessary to periodically “stuff” your hands. The fastest and most effective way to develop underdeveloped muscles is push-ups on the fists. This should be done on a soft, rubberized coating. Later, when the hands adapt, it will be possible to move to a wooden surface. A good training for the fists was, is and will be a direct hit with a hand on a punching bag. A training bag can be either purchased or homemade. The minus of the first is that they are designed for training with gloves on. Normally, “stuffing a hand” on such bags will not work. Therefore, it is better to do it yourself.
Weight should be between 60 kilograms and above, the outer layer should be made of dermatin or tarpaulin. Its length is usually about half a meter. A regular bag is placed inside the cylinder, which will be filled with millet or barley. Due to the fact that the pear is stuffed with grain, its density is similar to the
density of the human body. This will help to develop the
strongest punch in training.
In addition to speed, strength plays an important role in cultivation. To improve it, there are many wonderful exercises that will contribute not only to improving strength, but also to overall fitness and stamina. First of all, you need to perform a bench press from the chest. Shocks of weights (24-32 kg) are also suitable. Punching is also a very effective exercise that increases strength and stamina. Almost all experienced coaches say that you need to set a goal to pierce the pear through, and not pound on its surface. For power training, single hand punches are best suited.
Nevertheless, the paw remains one of the most unique training methods to help develop the most powerful hand punch. Here are some exercises:
1) the partner who holds the paw is constantly moving, holding his hands at a certain level, while the trainee should try to produce a powerful blow from the most advantageous position;
2) the partner holds the paw in one place, and in the other hand is a whip. The trainee’s task is to strike at the paw.
There are many ways to deliver the most powerful hand strike, but these exercises are very effective. The main thing is to constantly train and you will master a good tool of protection.
