- scholarship certificate (for students);
- certificate of inheritance or other documents.
Notice form

If it is not possible to print these documents, the applicant has the right to contact the inspector at the OMVD OMV (previously the organization was called the Federal Migration Service, the Federal Migration Service, local people know it as a passport office).

Amount of income

For a pensioner, a child and an adult able-bodied person, the required minimum income is different.
If the official salary is not enough to confirm, you can open a deposit in the bank (not a bank account) and put the missing amount there.
When confirming incomes only by deposit in some regions, it is required to put on the deposit not the amount of the minimum subsistence minimum for 12 months, but so much funds that 12 percent of the minimum wage in the region is received from the interest on the deposit.
In addition, according to the law, confirmation of income by a deposit is not an official way, and therefore, in some regions, the contribution of OMVD OMV officers is not considered at all.
