Biography

Rylov Yakov Nikolaevich was born in 1985 in the city of Kirovo-Chepetsk, which is located in the Kirov region. In childhood, he trained and played for children and youth sports school at the local hockey club "Olympia". It was in him that Yakov Rylov began his career - a hockey player, known not only in Russia, but throughout the world.

In 2002, Yakov Rylov began playing for his own home team HC Olympia, playing in the Russian Premier League. Over the 2 seasons, the young defender spent 53 games, scoring 2 goals and giving 5 assists to his teammates.

The season 2004/2005 was for Rylov his debut in the Super League of Russia. He was invited to the Moscow Dynamo. The talent of a 19-year-old defender was truly revealed here. For the new team in the debut season, Yakov Rylov played 51 matches, in which he was marked by four precise assists. As a result, Dynamo won the Super League, and the 20-year-old defender was recognized as the best rookie of the year.

In 2014 Rylov signed a contract with Kazan Ak Bars, which takes part in the KHL. Already in the first season for himself in the new club, the defender played in 53 matches, where he assisted his partners with accurate passes 10 times.

In 2016, Yakov Rylov returned to Moscow Dynamo.

Yakov Rylov began his appearances for Russian teams of different ages in 2005, when he won the silver medal of the World Cup as part of a youth team. At this tournament, the defender played in all fights and scored 2 (1 + 1) points.

Thanks to the excellent game for Dynamo Moscow in the 2006/2007 season, Rylov was invited to the Russian national team to prepare for the 2008 World Cup. But the head coach Vyacheslav Bykov did not take a defender to the tournament.
