The procedure for daily foot care necessarily includes washing, gymnastics, massage and the use of moisturizers. It is especially important to pay attention to the skin of the feet. To maintain leg cleanliness, daily wash with soap and water at room temperature. In the process of washing, you need to wipe the coarse, dry skin with pumice, mainly in the area of ​​the sole and heels. Then gently wipe with a dry, clean towel. Finally, moisturizing or nourishing foot care products are required.

In addition, foot care includes a procedure such as pedicure, which is required at least 1 time per month. This process involves cutting or sawing off normal, ingrown, thickened, deformed, uneven nails, as well as removing calluses on the feet and fingers.

  1. 1-2 tsp Dissolve drinking soda in one liter of water, add 1 tbsp. soap cream or shavings, whip soap foam. Immerse your feet in a basin. To clean steamed legs from rough skin in a circular motion using pumice.
  2. A handful of salt and 1 tablespoon Dissolve drinking soda in 3 l of water at room temperature. Use this bath as above.
  3. 2 tbsp Mixtures of flaxseed, chamomile and pine needles are poured with 1 liter of boiling water. Insist 30 minutes and use the same as the previous ones.
  4. Contrast baths perfectly help eliminate leg fatigue - hot (about 5 minutes), cold (about 10 minutes). It is advisable to add salt and herbal infusions to water: 2 tbsp. pine needles and salts for the general normalization of blood circulation; chamomile, flaxseed, nettle, pine needles - with inflammatory processes; 1 tbsp. l salt and 50 gr. linden blossom - with fatigue and swelling.

After applying the foot bath, wipe it dry with a clean, soft cloth and grease with a moisturizer, starting at your fingertips and moving higher. After that, a light foot massage is recommended . At the same time, it is worth noting that it is contraindicated for women suffering from vein dilatation or thrombosis.

Foot massage

Thanks to regular massage, the skin on the legs remains smooth and supple for a long time. You need to take two dry brushes with medium-hard bristles, and at the same time rub them with circular, confident movements - from the feet, moving higher to the hips.
