One of the largest and largest wholesale markets is located near the city of Kherson, in the village of Veliky Kopani. Convenient location due to the presence of well-designed transport routes, both road and rail. It attracts not only the local regional population, but also residents from all over Ukraine and, moreover, other countries. Structure
The “unexpected” market has the structure of a small town: with its own pharmacy, several cafes of various cuisines, a furniture store, and a service station. For convenience, there is even a bank branch and a cash dispenser. The Unexpected market itself is divided into two categories (parts): a large-scale grocery department and an industrial sales point. There are also rows with a not so extensive scope - most often ordinary residents there sell garden products. For example, they can buy a couple of cans of delicious honey from them at a very low price.
Advantages and Priorities
The “unexpected” market has been operating for almost twenty years. Mass sales, with a large influx of buyers, begin at the end of the spring season, when farmers bring grown greenhouse products. Then they switch to the main summer assortment, and prices are significantly reduced. Retail is also in a preemptive position. However, large bulk batches of products can be purchased even at night. One of the huge advantages is the thorough examination of goods in the veterinary and sanitary direction. Thus, the market always provides the buyer with a high level of quality. Responsibilities of sellers always include maintaining the workplace in order, the consequence of this is the cleanliness of trading floors, which in itself is pleasant from an aesthetic point of view.
Summing up, it can be noted that the prospect of procurement at this agricultural wholesale facility is justified, and the project administration continues to increase the pace and increase sales, as well as quality.
