Biography
The actor from Vitalka in ordinary life is a solid 43-year-old man Igor Yaroslavovich Birch. Friends call him Garik.
A Ukrainian actor and comedian was born on September 15, 1974 in a small town in the Kirovograd region.
After school, the future humorous actor from Vitalka became a student at the Pedagogical Institute.
There, his creative abilities appeared. The guy was invited to the city team of KVN "SKIF".
In 1995, a student at a pedagogical university got a job at the City Committee for Family and Youth Affairs.
In 1998, Garik Bircha (actor from Vitalka) joined the army. He served a year in the border troops and was discharged with the rank of senior sergeant.
Returning from the army, our hero got a job on the local radio. And in the early 2000s he moved to the capital of Ukraine, where he quickly managed to get a job at the Melorama Production television company.
Together with their friend, KVN-schik Anton Lirnik, comedians created an entertaining morning show on "Inter" and were its permanent presenters.
Game in KVN and "Comedy Club"
Since his student years, Garik Bircha participated in KVN. Initially, he was accepted into the city team. After some time, he created his own Gulf Stream team, which in 1998 grew to the rank of Vice-Champion of the Ukrainian KVN Association.
Having moved to Kiev, Garik continued to play in KVN. He became the captain of the Alaska team. Bright numbers, funny political skits and mischievous game of KVN-schiki in 2005 led Kiev “Alaska” to victory in the Higher League of KVN of Ukraine.
This was one of the few Ukrainian teams that in 2006 and 2007 took part in the Major League of KVN in Moscow.
In 2007, Garik (an actor from Vitalka) performed on the stage of Comedy Club Ukraine. On the same stage with him were such comedians, popular today as A. Pedan, S. Pritula, “The Chekhov Duet” and others.
Movie work
Garik began acting in films in 2004. His first work was the project “Between the First and Second”, where Bircha played three roles. In the same year he starred in the films "On a White Boat", "Traders" and "Joker".
