Comedy became the first genre of world cinema. Before the sound film, most films were shot in order to make people laugh, improve their mood. The American Film Institute has named the film the best comedies of all time in the United States. You can add, and not just the United States. Comedy is loved in all countries, especially in the USSR. At that time, Soviet viewers first saw the legend of American cinema, the unsurpassed Marilyn Monroe.
The film won an Oscar for best costume design and three Golden Globe awards for best film (comedy), best actor (Jack Lemmon) and best actress (Marilyn Monroe). The song of the composer Adolf Deutsch performed by the brilliant Marilyn gained immense popularity, it is still sung, and the phrases of the characters have become part of everyday English. Frank, a young, unremarkable employee at the company (Philip Lacho) wants to ask the boss for a raise, but he does not dare to take this step. The only ones who support him are fun friends who cannot imagine life without noisy parties and alcohol. Friends are determined to have fun celebrating the thirtieth anniversary of Frank's friend, but our hero’s chef unexpectedly offers him to spend an evening in his house to look after Remy’s son. The young man is forced to agree, however, friends do not agree to retreat from their plan to have fun and break into Frank's house.
Nicholas Benamu and Philip Lashio first met on the set of the comedy "Paris at Any Cost".
Nicholas was then an assistant on the set, and Phillip was an actor and screenwriter. Having become friends, the guys decided to create a joint film. The picture was a success and was nominated for awards in many competitions.
Super Nanny 2

The Argentine-Spanish film Wild Stories, released in 2014, is certainly on the list of "Top Rated Comedies." By genre it can be attributed to a comedy-dramatic feature film with black humor.
