As such, writing a statement does not have features. Authorized persons try to adhere to the following rules for the preparation of the document:

1. In the upper right corner are recorded:

  • position of the head;
  • full name of the organization;
  • details of the head (full name, first name and patronymic can be in the form of initials), details of the applicant for the position.

2. In the middle is written the word "statement" (with a small letter).

3. The application body shall indicate the request for employment:

  • career objective;
  • the number from which a citizen is ready to begin work;
  • department to which the position belongs;

4. The signature of the future employee and the date of writing the application.
