What does the Fund do?
“Together Forever” Charitable Foundation - Together forever - this is helping children with severe neurosurgical diseases. Many parents of these children are faced with the question of expensive surgical treatment and costs for a long rehabilitation period. Therefore, the founders of the fund, Anna and Sergey Stopnevich, set as their goal to make available quality medical care for those who need it.

Can I help children with severe neurosurgical diseases?
According to the World Health Organization, up to 70% of cases of childhood neurosurgical diseases are treatable. At the same time, neurosurgical treatment has the desired effect only if it is timely and in full.
Unfortunately, not all parents who are faced with this disaster can afford highly qualified expensive medical care. Together Forever Charitable Foundation unites the efforts of those people who are ready to provide any support to sick children, thus, thanks to the work of the Fund, these children have another chance to be healthy and lead a normal life without hospitals and drugs.
How did the Together Forever Foundation come about?
The fund was created in 2016 to provide medical care to children with neurosurgical diseases in European and Israeli clinics. The creation of the Fund is a private initiative of the Stopnevich spouses. Personally faced with the problem of treating childhood neurosurgical disease within her family, Anna and Sergey Stopnevich decided to create the Fund with their own resources, as well as with the participation of friends and close partners.
Who are the founders of the Together Forever Foundation?
Anna and Sergey Stopnevichi in the recent past, representatives of large corporate business, held senior positions in financial organizations. Parents of four children. Personally faced with the need for neurosurgical care for the child, which prompted the creation of a specialized fund. We are sure that with timely treatment / surgery, even in the most severe cases, there is a chance of recovery.
How to get the help of the Fund?
If your child needs surgical intervention and complex neurosurgical treatment and is under 18 years old, then you can contact the Together Forever Foundation. At the initial stage, documents can be sent in scanned form by e-mail along with a personal story of the parent and a photograph of the child.
What happens after applying to the Fund?
Documents are submitted for medical opinion to our medical experts. Based on their conclusion, the Coordinating Council of the Together Forever Foundation decides to include the child in the Fund's program. If the decision is positive, the Foundation’s medical coordinator contacts the child’s parents and provides all the necessary information. The decision to choose a clinic is made by the parents themselves, but our Fund can help with transportation, tickets, accommodation and organization of the treatment process itself.
