The Hunters (2013)

The film received eight Oscar nominations and an award for best sound editing. The main character Helen Justino (Gemma Arterton) works as their teacher. Among these children, Melanie (Sennia Nanua) stands out especially for her intellect. When the "hungry", breaking the guard, break into the base, our heroes decide to flee to London. On the way, they have to fight with zombies and gangs of wild people. Of the non-infected people, only Helen remains alive, who is now locked in the laboratory herself. Melanie gathers her classmates and wild children, who will now study.
Beyond (2017)
The premiere of the American television series took place last year on the Starz cable channel. The first episodes of the second season of the film "On the Other Side" in 2018 will be shown only in December. The famous actor J. K. Simmons plays two main roles at once: the UN agent and his double from the parallel world. This drama and fiction film has received mostly good reviews.
Howard Silk (J.K. Simmons), a UN spy agency employee, works in a small position at headquarters in Berlin. He takes up a position too small to know the main secret of the institution. The agency is guarding the passage to the parallel world, which was called the "Main World". His counterpart from this world works as a field agent who regularly visits the world of Silk, performing various tasks. Gradually, the problems of the worlds begin to intersect, endangering Howard and his wife Emily (Olivia Williams).
Annihilation (2018)
The picture almost immediately after the premiere became available for viewing on the Internet on the Netflix website due to a conflict between producers, one of which considered it too complex and intellectual.
A secret government organization is investigating the flickering anomalous zone, in which several research groups have already disappeared. In one of these groups was Kane (Oscar Isaac), husband of the main biologist heroine Lena (Natalie Portman). However, after a while, he still returns, but seriously ill. Lena voluntarily goes to the zone to understand the causes of her husband's illness.
Frontier (2018)
Filmed in the popular genre of "time travel", more precisely, "cunning" (when the hero suddenly falls into the past). The premiere of the film took place at a meeting of veterans and search engines with the President of Russia, dedicated to the operation to break the blockade of Leningrad. Vladimir Vladimirovich praised the picture, noting the talented work and expressiveness of the plot. Critics wrote that the film was fascinating and at the same time dramatic.
