The spine is the backbone of our skeleton. The work of all, without exception, internal organs directly depends on his condition. So, our health, our mood, depends. Moreover, the attitude of others around us depends on posture. - Watch your weight. Excess weight creates an excessive load on the spine, contributing to its curvature. Slender people much easier to straighten up.
