Ramzes Arsenovich Tlyakodugov was born in December 1976. His hometown is Nalchik. Childhood
Even at a very young age Razmes Tlyakodugov firmly decided to build his sports career. The boy tried himself in many sports: in boxing, sambo, swimming and athletics.
But from about the age of fifteen, the young man began to devote more and more time to classes in the gym. In those days, little was known about bodybuilding in Russia, and there were practically no specialized training halls. Engaged in semi-basement converted rooms. The idol of all bodybuilders of that time was the inimitable Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was called "Iron Arnie".
In just two years, the young athlete takes part in the youth championship of the Russian Federation, where he takes an honorable third place and fulfills the CCM standard. Since then, he has begun performing at the IFBB.
Youth
At the age of eighteen, Ramses Tlyakodugov goes to serve in the armed forces of the Russian Federation. However, this did not prevent the advancement of his sports career and even contributed to some extent, since in the military unit the necessary conditions were created for the soldier to continue training. In 1994-1995 he even takes part in championships held in Izhevsk and Krasnodar, respectively.
Some time later, after the end of the service life, the athlete, unfortunately, receives an injury that could put an end to his future career. But after 5 years, he still takes part in the championship of southern Russia, however, he takes only the last place there. But he did not give up and just a year later in the same competitions he took already the second place.
Moving to Moscow
In 2003, the bodybuilder decides to leave his native land and moves to the capital. Here he participates in the championships of Moscow and Russia. For a long time he does not receive significant rewards. Only in 2008 became the bronze medalist of the Eastern European Cup. After that, he was invited to represent the Russian Federation at the European Championships (European Championships), which was held in Spain. Only 2 weeks after this event, he becomes the owner of a silver medal there.
