Correct Correction of Nails Generated Using Different Techniques

Nail extensions are very beautiful and neat, thanks to them female hands look especially attractive. But over time, they have to be corrected - a much more complicated process compared to building up. When do you need to start the correction and what is needed for this?

When

Most often, a natural nail begins to grow in about 10-14 days after the treatment and extension. During this time, the nail plate increases by 1-2 mm - this fact is very important to consider, since the correction of the extended nails is untimely able to cause certain damage to the nail coating, as a result of which the nails lose strength, begin to break and crumble.

However, not only violation of the timing of correction can lead to problems with manicure. Many factors are capable of damaging female nails , including poor-quality work of the master, and individual intolerance to the structure of the nails of some materials for building.

Some simple rules

Correction of nails should be carried out in strict accordance with certain rules. Firstly, before carrying out the procedure, you should thoroughly wash your hands and disinfect both them and the surface of the nail plates. After this, a special exfoliator can be applied to the cuticle, and when it softens, move it to the side and get rid of the remnants of the product.

Next, remove the natural shine from the nails, carefully trim with a nail file those areas where peeling occurred and remove the coating where it collapsed. After this, you need to wash your hands thoroughly, apply a little oil on the nails and dry them. This is the simplest treatment, after which the correction of nails from various materials can already begin.

Correct Acrylic

When natural nails grow, the border between them or the applied material becomes very noticeable, and the risk of damage in this place, delamination or even breakage increases. To prevent this from happening, and it is necessary to carry out correction, restoring the integrity of the acrylic layer.

There are some materials that may come in handy. First of all, it is actually acrylic, a solvent called โ€œliquidโ€, a tool that improves the adhesion of artificial and natural nails, the so-called โ€œprimerโ€. Self-correction of nails will also require a degreaser that removes the greasy layer from the natural nail plate, acrylic brushes and special files. Having at hand all of these materials, you can begin the process itself.

Rinse hands thoroughly and disinfect. The surface of the nail plates needs to be cleaned, carefully processed, paying particular attention to the area between the overgrown natural and broken acrylic layer. After this, it is possible to apply a degreaser and a primer to the plate in turn, then acrylic, and carefully so that the material completely repeats the shape of the nail. When the material hardens - the finished surface can be polished to even it and give shine - the correction of acrylic nails is complete.

Adjust gel

Such correction is even easier than acrylic. In case of growth of a natural plate, nails grown with a gel must be thoroughly degreased, cleaned, removed the natural shine and level out the area where the border became visible. Next, a special form is applied to the surface of the nail and a special gel is applied.

In general, it must be said that for the first time, nail correction should be carried out in a professional salon. If it succeeds, you can observe the manipulations of specialists in order to subsequently repeat the entire procedure at home. Correction should begin with one nail - if everything succeeds, then you can do everything else.
