Later, Valentin Azernikov wrote the script, and director Alexei Korenev started shooting the film, collecting for this a stellar cast of actors. This is a family comedy featuring life of three generations with the same problems. The shooting took place in Moscow, the film was shot surprisingly quickly, in just 3 months. The censorship of the Soviet era was also surprisingly fast. Before the premiere, only one episode was cut - with a broker and Czech plumbing. Mom helps her daughter, but this leads to quarrels and reproaches. Galina Arkadyevna does not want to come to terms with the role of an exemplary grandmother and quit her job. A decision is made to exchange a large apartment for two small ones. This is not easy to do in a country with a socialist system; you have to turn to an underground broker for help (V. Basov). Time goes by, the search for exchange options is unsuccessful, and the situation in the family is heating up ...

In the film “For Family Circumstances”, the actors, or rather their heroes, fall into both funny and difficult situations. Thanks to one of these comedic episodes, the harsh Galina Arkadyevna meets her soul mate Nikolai (E. Evstigneev). She marries and moves to her husband and mother-in-law Isolde Tikhonovna (E. Khanaeva). As a daughter-in-law, she begins to understand how her son-in-law lived with her. Three generations will have to compromise and build relationships that sometimes come to a standstill.

For about 30 years she did not go on stage, then everything worked out, Dyuzheva again began to play.

The second part of the film was shot on a concert basis. In small episodes, actors familiar to the whole country appeared one after another. I would like to note the episode with a speech therapist, which was brilliantly played by Rolan Bykov. In this role, Savely Kramarov dreamed of acting, but the director decided differently. Bykov played his scene without a single smile on his face, although it was ridiculous that his partner in the episode, Evgeny Evstigneev, could not help laughing. Although the script was supposed to be serious. The scene was shot in just 2 takes.

The film looks so easy that you don’t notice how time flies. More than one generation of viewers loved this wonderful comedy. “For family reasons” is a timeless film, and our grandchildren and great-grandchildren will still watch it.
