early years
Year Semenovich Nisanov was born on April 24, 1972 in a village called Krasnaya Sloboda in Azerbaijan. He was brought up in a very unusual relatives who belonged to the ethnic national group of Mountain Jews. Father, Semyon Davydovich, is a local entrepreneur, so the Year from childhood he understood how to achieve their goals. The Nisanov family of the Year helped in the development of the boy in the right direction.
The guy received his professional skills and theoretical base in a financial and credit college. He supplemented and supported economic terms with knowledge of the legislation and basic regulatory legal acts, having graduated from the Baku Law Institute. A good choice of specialty gave food for thought and inspired a fruitful work.
First steps in business
The practical foundation was laid at the paternal enterprise. Here Nisanov Year served as manager, and even very successfully. A little later, the young man got a job related to the transportation and sale of petroleum products. For each transaction completed, the guy received honestly earned interest. Some sources say that the Year opened several outlets in the city of Cub.
In the early nineties, a young man decides to move to the alluring Russian capital - Moscow. In a city with a frantic pace of life and an attraction for innovation, Nisanov God and his best childhood friend Iliev Zakhar were engaged in wholesale trade.
The novice businessman caught what he was best at. Therefore, he was well noted as an office employee that he was responsible for transactions. He worked at AST and Diamond Cutters LLC. The last company is now located in the building that is the property of the described Nisanov.
Successful projects
In 2001, Nisanov God, together with Iliev, decided to conduct his own business. So, in Lublin, a trade fair center called "Moscow" opens.
A year later, the businessman is one of the co-founders of the Kievskaya Ploshchad firm (along with the already well-known Iliev and Tsereteli). This project was based on the reconstruction of the station of the same name. After some time, the organization signed an investment contract with the city hall regarding construction in the business and commercial sector.
In parallel with the previous company, the Year formed the “Europe Square”. The institution was planned to transfer the entire area of the future trade and construction center.
In addition to construction, Nisanov God (photo presented in the article) became interested in the hotel and restaurant industry. In his possessions were:
- Trade Investments - the organization was engaged in retail trade and restaurant business;
- "Union" on the Sparrow Hills;
- Hotel "Invest".
In 2005, the ransom of the Ukrainian Hotel was held. The business-doo establishment was reconstructed and a new name was invented: “Radisson Royal, Moscow” hotel.
Today's activity
Today, Nisanov has thrown all his strength into the development of socially significant objects in the Russian Federation. Among them you can find many unusual, incredible and really interesting projects that perform various functions:
- Moskvarium. This institution is a center of oceanography and marine biology. The Moskvarium has a couple of features. Firstly, the object is located far from the sea coast. Secondly, it is recognized as the largest in all of Europe. The Center has about eighty aquariums, where various representatives of fauna and flora live in necessary conditions. It hosts regular excursions and entertaining themed events.
- Food City is a modern Russian agricultural cluster, whose presentation took place four years ago. The company performs two main functions: providing the population with quality products at affordable prices and cooperating with domestic manufacturers for effective marketing (and therefore, stabilizing the domestic economy).
- Schelkovo bus station (reconstruction). Repair work began in 2017. At their end, the building will be distinguished by its original design (facade in the form of a glass ship) and multifunctionality.
