Story line
And it all starts with the fact that Dasha Morozova after the birth of her second son decides to pick up a tiny orphan from the hospital. She did not say anything to her husband, informing everyone that twins were born. The kids are called Stepa and Varenka. So seven happy years pass.
The eldest son of the Morozovs, Alyosha, is moving to the city to enter the medical department. Sister Alenka leaves with him. Makar Morozov, the father of children, thought it was time to accustom Stepu's youngest son to work. He brings him to the forest, but it all ends very badly: the boy becomes disabled. Varya’s sister who remains at home helps him, teaching him to walk again.
And further events occur very quickly, appearing like a snowball rolling from a mountain. About ten years after the events described, Alena Morozova is already an actress of the city theater. Alyosha is a talented doctor, to whom everyone has a great future. And the father understands that his youngest children - Stepan and Barbara - are in love with each other.
A word to the director
After the release of the film "Father's Coast", the first reviews of which were extremely laudatory, the director Milen Fadeev was bombarded with questions by journalists. There were a great many questions: why did you decide to make such a movie, because of which the emphasis was placed on the village family, how did you manage to find a place for full-scale shooting? ..

The Perm Territory and the Gornozavodsky District were selected in kind for filming.
