Defender of Moscow Dynamo Ivan Temnikov

Moscow “Dynamo”, after flying to the FNL in 2016, said goodbye to a number of leading players and was forced to look for new ones in their position. One of the newcomers to the “blue and white” was Ivan Temnikov. The Russian defender had little experience playing in the Premier League, but he could only really open up during his career for Dynamo.

Way from Siberia to Moscow

Ivan Viktorovich Temnikov was born on January 28, 1989 in Bratsk, Irkutsk Region. Since childhood, he became interested in football and during training in elementary school he began to train as part of the local “Siberian”, but soon decided to move to the capital’s sports section, being in the School of Olympic Reserve “Master Saturn”.

Ivan made his debut for the youth of the Moscow Region club at the age of 15, and in 2006 he first appeared on the field as the basis of “aliens”, appearing on the field in the cup meeting 1/16 finals against Krasnoyarsk Metallurg. A year later, Temnikov got his first few minutes in the Premier League, having replaced in the 88th minute in the game against Luch-Energia. However, despite the frequent hit in the application for the match, the Russian failed to convince the coaching staff of the need to release a defender on the field. As a result, for three seasons he managed to only 5 times go on a replacement as part of the “Saturn”.

In search of playing practice, the club management sent the player to the First Division to play for the Yekaterinburg Ural. As part of the “bumblebees” they believed in a young talented footballer, and during the season Ivan Temnikov took the field 26 times, having managed to score two more goals. Returning to Saturn, the defender did not negotiate an extension of the contract and decided to look for a new club to continue his career.

Bryansk successes

Ivan Temnikov chose Dynamo Bryansk as his new club, which also played in the FNL. As part of the “blue and white” defender became one of the key players in the defense and took part in almost all matches of the club. Despite the team's disastrous start of the championship, as a result, Dynamo finished the championship in 5th place, showing the best result in their history, however, due to funding problems, the club lost its professional license and left the FNL. Not wanting to speak at an amateur level, Ivan Temnikov left the team by signing a contract with Rubin.

In Kazan, the Russian did not manage to play - having appeared on the field in only two meetings per season, in the summer of 2013 Ivan moved to the Grozny “Terek”. Another RFPL club trusted the young player more, and the beginning of the season turned out to be quite successful for Temnikov: he often got into the starting lineup, and managed to score a goal in the Russian Cup. But the second part of the championship left the football player on the bench, with whom he returned to Rubin, having played only twice in 2014.

Parish in "Tom"

Despite the lack of gaming practice recently, Tomsk Tom approached the Kazan club with a proposal to transfer the player. Temnikov arranged a possible career development, and he moved to the Siberian club with another Rubin defender, Alexander Orekhov. Rich experience at a relatively young age allowed Ivan to be at the heart of the team from the first matches. In the first season of the game for Tom, he took part in the 31st official match, chalking up 5 assists, as well as a goal scored against the Volga Nizhny Novgorod goal.

The next season was even more successful, both for the defender and for the team in general. At the end of the season, “Tom” was able to win the “bronze” of the FNL championship, having received the right to take part in butt games for the right to play in the Premier League, where in a bitter struggle she was able to beat the Krasnodar “Kuban”. A significant role in this success was played by Ivan Temnikov - the footballer took part in 38 meetings, hitting the opponent’s goal three times, assisting teammates five more times, and also playing both butt games.

Transfer to Dynamo

However, the defender did not return to the Premier League - having received an offer from the complete ambitions of Dynamo, who had flown to the FNL, Temnikov moved back to Moscow. In the capital's club, the defender was able to prove himself from the very first round, and by the winter break, becoming one of the team's top scorers - 7 goals scored and 2 more assists in 22 meetings, Ivan Temnikov chalked up. Dynamo is now preparing to complete the season that has begun successfully and return to the Russian elite, and if desired, Ivan can easily remain one of the pillars of the Moscow club’s defense.

The personal life of a football player

In childhood, in addition to football, Ivan Temnikov was also fond of music - parents sent the boy to study piano at a music school, until the child eventually chose the player's path. In addition, he learned martial arts skills, learning karate, dancing and playing table tennis. In addition to his club career, in 2010 the defender was able to one day appear in the youth team of Russia, and two years later he played for the Olympic team. In the summer of 2011, Ivan played a wedding with his wife Elena, who now lives in Moscow. In 2015, a holiday happened in the Temnikov family - the first-born was born to the couple. The son was named Ivan as a father.
