In November this year, the construction company began to demolish the old stadium. Starting in June 2009, contractors began to erect the stands of the new facility.

The arena with a capacity of 41,000 spectators was built according to the most modern technologies and developments in the field of security. The architectural structure completely eliminates any barriers to the evacuation of fans in case of emergency. In each of the four corners of the arena there are "green corridors" through which it is possible to leave the Juventus Stadium as soon as possible. From the first spectator seats to the football field, the distance is 7.5 meters. Undoubtedly, this creates a unique atmosphere in the stadium for both players and fans. Juventus Stadium also has parking for 4,000 cars, 20 bars and 8 restaurants. For the convenience of fans, a supermarket and more than 60 commercial stores are located nearby. On the territory of the complex there is a club shop and a museum of the history of Juventus, in which everyone can see the trophies of the team won. Around the “Juventus Stadium” is the walk of fame, which glorified the names of the legendary club football players. Nearby is a park in which fans rest before and after the game. The stadium is assigned the highest 4th category of UEFA.
Stadium opening
Juventus Home Stadium was inaugurated on September 8, 2011. On this day, the rival of the “black and white” was the English club “Notts County”.
