Modern foundations of enterprise management theory

A systematic approach in the science of management organization considers management theory as a multifaceted phenomenon that integrates processes, resources and tasks that occur inside and outside the organization into a single whole. From this perspective, the foundations of control theory imply a multidimensional organization and the need to take into account the influence and interaction of many factors that have, directly or indirectly, an impact on the process of its functioning.

The fundamentals of management theory in innovation management are a system that can be divided into two subsystems: tangible and intangible. The first illuminates the production and technical process, the second creates a basic, defining basis for the development of innovative processes. Innovations in the organization of management are carried out using special methods (diagnostics and intensification), which are carried out using the analysis of documents, a survey, observation and an innovative experiment.

The fundamentals of the theory of product quality management involve managing the market performance of the enterprise, the competitiveness and results of each employee. In the definition of the International Organization for Standardization, quality means the combination of characteristics and properties of a product or service, giving them the ability to meet the needs of customers. Quality management is based on such factors as: a) the quality of the staff (i.e. the productivity of managers and performers, as well as their personal qualities that help in the manufacture and operation of products); b) the quality of materials, means of labor, equipment and facilities; c) the quality of the organization of the work process.

The fundamentals of the theory of human resource management illuminate the means of managing the qualitative and quantitative indicators of staff composition that ensure the functioning and achievement of the goals of the enterprise. Personnel technologies are a set of actions, operations and techniques that help to obtain information about the abilities, knowledge, skills and capabilities of the applicant for a particular position. The efficiency of the enterprise directly depends on this.

There are many theories that illuminate the basics of management. One of the most famous theorists of the last century, Drucker, put forward the idea that management should begin with setting goals, and only then proceed to the formation of interaction systems and functions. Drucker called the main task of management the process of increasing the productivity of workers. According to the theory of a scientist, each manager should direct his efforts to achieve the economic goals of the enterprise and to satisfy its customers. It was he who put forward the idea of a self-governing collective, the essence of which is to create a democratic body of workers who are obliged to solve the social issues of the enterprise. In addition to these, Drucker is also the author of many other ideas in the field of management.

The classification of management systems reflects management models developed and implemented in practice by various scientists and specialists. Modern figures consider management both exact and humanitarian science, which is the sum of the results (they can always be checked and confirmed), as well as a system of beliefs and experience.

Thus, the history of the formation of management theory reflects the stories of people who plan, organize, select staff, and manage and control their economic and social development. The development trend of management theory has a direct impact both on the formation of the enterprise management system as a whole, and on personnel management.
