Nina Kornienko was born in the small town of Solikamsk, in the Perm Territory, on January 11, 1943. And she decided to go to Moscow, to enter the theater institute. She was able to enter one of the best schools in the country - at the Moscow Art Theater. Tatyana Itsykovich (Vasilieva), Alexei Levinsky (son of the director of the Art Theater), Anatoly Vasiliev, Galina Besedina, and the beautiful Ekaterina Gradova studied at her course. But Nina was not lost against their background, she managed to reveal her talent, and this helped her find her way.
Theater work
Back in the studio, Nina Kornienko was noticed by Valentin Pluchek. He brought her to his theater, to the famous Satire Theater, in which the actress still works to this day. The first role - Suzanne in “The Marriage of Figaro” - brought Nina instant and real glory. There were queues for performances with her participation, she became the star of the troupe, and she made friends easily with the collective. Although the troupe in Satire was more than stellar.
Among the outstanding performances in the theater with her participation are the productions of "Wake up and Sing", "Tartuffe", "Three-Penny Opera", "Running". Actress Nina Kornienko, whose personal life has always been surrounded by mystery, is happily married. She got married quite late. In the theatrical environment they say that the reason for this was Nina's love for Andrei Mironov. But the actress herself never talks about this topic, and no one can say if she had an affair with a popular favorite. In the late 70s, Nina met her fate in the person of the cameraman Lev Streltsin.
