Less than a year ago, in August 2017, Russian television began showing a 40-episode film about the life of two sisters. From the first episode, the plot is so exciting that I definitely want to know what will happen next. How it all began?
Two sisters - Katya and Olya - remain together after the death of their dad. His cancer progressed, but he did not go to the doctors because he had to work and keep two daughters. Their mother died after the birth of the youngest, Olya. And now the sisters were left completely alone. In order not to get into the orphanage, they run away. Katya tries not to let go of her younger sister, because dad, realizing that he is dying and there is nobody to hope for, asks her to take care of Olya.
Girls want to find their grandfather, whom they saw a very long time. Dad and grandfather once had a serious fight and from that moment no longer talked. Now grandfather was their only relative. With his searches, the whole story begins.
Will there be a continuation of the series "Threads of Fate" is still unknown. But we can recall what was in the first part.
Unexpected meeting
The sisters were completely lost by accident. And while the eldest managed to find grandfather after all thanks to one teenager who wants to get the location of Poltava (grandfather of the girls and the owner of the Global holding). It was he who brought Katya to him.
Ten years have passed. Katya does not lose hope of finding a sister, but is worried that she will not recognize her. And Olga lived these years in a strange family. The girl got under the car and the driver responsible for the accident took her to his family so as not to be responsible for his crime before the law. Olya lost her memory, so she does not remember anything about herself or her family.
The sisters meet by chance and, of course, do not recognize each other. It so happened that they happen to become rivals for the heart of one young man. And if Katya has known him for a long time, then Olya (or Sasha, as she is now called) gets to know him by chance. Vadim (this very young man) cannot figure out his feelings and understand which of the sisters is closer and dearer to him.
And then there is the false Olya, who comes to Kate under the guise of her sister. This is the daughter of the very driver who shot down the real Olya. The audience will see how the older sister understands who is who in this story and how she recognizes her Olya in the first season. But whether there will be a continuation of the series “Threads of Fate” is still impossible to say with accuracy. It remains only to wait for the appearance of some information on this subject from the film company Film.ua.
What will be next?
Today it is difficult to say whether there will be a second season of the series “Threads of Fate”. He managed to become very popular in Ukraine, where the shooting took place, in just a year. Viewers who watched previous episodes became interested in the plot. Now many people really want to know whether there will be a continuation of the series "Threads of Fate", because the last series raised a lot of questions. It is not clear what will happen to the sisters, whether Vadim will return, whether there will be more intrigues, plans for revenge and forgiveness, how will the family life of Veronica and Leonid turn out, will Lisa leave the psychiatric hospital?
This is such an interesting series, "Threads of Fate." How many episodes, whether there will be a sequel or not, whether new characters will appear - all this interests the audience.
Of course, it is logical to assume that the creators of the series should not miss the opportunity to once again get an “explosion of ratings”. On the other hand, they can decide that the picture has already been logically completed and that it’s not worth taking anything else in the form of a continuation. In any case, the only thing that is now known for sure: if there is another season, it will not be earlier than the end of this year.
