Alexander was born in the spring of 1985 in Yaroslavl. At the age of five, he began to play hockey. Since then, he has been fully focused exclusively on this sport. Parents supported his son in his endeavors, which helped him to become a professional in the future, but first things first.
The guy studied at the Lokomotiv school. Alexander Galimov's dream was once to go on the ice as part of the first team. He understood that for this he had to work hard, and every day he proved in training that he was worthy to be among the best. At the age of thirteen, he began to play for Lokomotiv-85, with which he won the national championship three times in the corresponding age categories.
The young man gave great hopes, and this could not fail to notice in the adult teams of the "railroad". Already in 2002, he regularly plays for Lokomotiv-2. The team played in the First League, and in 2003 managed to become a winner. The right-handed striker was one of the best in the double, and the next year he began to play for the main team. That is how Alexander Galimov began his career. Photos of those times today have become extremely important for his fans.
Adult Performance
In the life of an athlete there was only one team in which he always wanted to end his career. It was for her that he began to play in the 2004/2005 season. Despite the fact that Alexander will take part in forty-one games, he will score only one goal. The following year, Galimov goes to a higher level and scores five goals in thirty-five fights.
The 2006/2007 championship will be one of the best in the career of Alexander Galimov. He will be one of the leading strikers of the "railroad". In fifty-four fights he will be able to score the puck sixteen times and give up thirteen assists. Next year will be the last in the Super League for the athlete. Starting next season, he begins to play in the elite of Russian hockey - the Continental League.

In 2005, he first received an invitation to the youth team and immediately went to the world championship. The team confidently reached the final, where it stumbled. At that tournament, the guy took part in six matches and scored one goal.
In 2010 he was called up under the banner of the first team of the country Galimov. He took part in the Karjala Cup, from where he returned home with a silver award. He played in three matches, but failed to score goals.

Death
Unfortunately, one day Alexander Galimov died. Together with teammates and all the staff of Lokomotiv, he had an accident. The plane crashed during takeoff. This happened in Yaroslavl. After the fall, the athlete was the only survivor. He was able to independently get out of a burning ship. It was delivered almost immediately to one of the local hospitals. They stated that he had burned ninety percent of his whole body. The hockey player was sent to Moscow so that they could maintain a medical dream, into which he was artificially introduced. For five days, doctors fought for his life, but on September 12 the young man was gone. He is buried in his native Yaroslavl.
Unfortunately, that’s how Alexander Galimov passed away. After the tragedy, Lokomotiv gathered a new roster and continued to play in the Continental League.
