In this case, the manager must understand in advance that he will have to give such employees leave for admission or passing other exams. This must be done according to all the rules. Before compiling a sample application for a study leave, a personnel specialist should remember that, according to its purpose, this option of absence from the workplace is “targeted” and is not given for rest at all. In principle, the document should look like a regular statement. In the "cap", as a rule, the position is indicated, as well as full name the head of the company and the employee himself. Next, after the word “statement”, the request must be clearly stated. In this part, the name of the educational institution and the period during which the employee plans to be absent from the workplace must be indicated.
The application in the form of a "certificate" from the university will confirm his words. Without this important document, the application would not even be considered.
