If there are prerequisites for its transformation into a malignant tumor, they resort to a fine-needle aspiration biopsy.
With progressive growth and functional disorders, a wen on the leg is surgically removed. The treatment in most cases is surgical. It is carried out on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia. The most radical and widely known surgical method is excision with a capsule. The prognosis is favorable, although relapses are possible.
