Moreover, the daughter of Alexander, young Olga, was addicted to alcohol, and Alexander did not even know how to help her.
Korotevich’s life and values ​​change dramatically after he receives something like news from the past. Alexander’s friend, the KGB general Zabelin, tells his comrade some facts about a girl from Korotevich’s youth. Even during the war, the scientist was in love with the beautiful Katya, but they lost each other in the Crimea. All his life the hero was sure that his beloved was dead, but he seemed to be simply mistaken. Alexander hopes to find a girl - the love of his youth. The experiences of the hero will not leave anyone indifferent.
