Dmitry Ermak is an actor in musicals and cinema, behind him there is not one prestigious theater award. The stellar career of the artist began with the role of the protagonist in the musical Zorro. However, the public’s recognition and widespread popularity came to the young man after the magnificent play of the Phantom in the musical The Phantom of the Opera. Biography
Dmitry Vladimirovich Ermak was born in the small village of Komarichi, Bryansk Region, in July 1983. The future actor grew up in an ordinary family, where in addition to him, two more children were raised - brother Roman and sister Elena. Dmitry’s parents were not related to creativity, they were teachers, but managed to instill in his son a love of art. In youth, our hero studied well at a gymnasium school, later graduating with a silver medal.
In 2000, Dmitry entered the Institute of Arts and Culture of the city of Oryol at the department of directing and mastery of the actor. I must say that studying was easy for the young man, he was interested in learning the basics of the profession, and in his third year at the institute, Dima was accepted into the troupe of the Free Space State Theater, created for children and youth. Among the first and memorable roles of the artist on the theatrical stage, one can distinguish the part of Judas in the musical Jesus.
Dmitry was always an addicted person, he never stood still, tried to try himself in different genres. This quality was born in his character in his student years, however, to this day, he has always accompanied the actor.

After successfully played musical roles, the career went uphill, and Dmitry Ermak, whose photo began to appear in the media more and more often, received an offer to act in films. In 2010, his debut took place - the actor played the role of the opera Pyotr Matyushin in the acclaimed multi-part film “Capercaillie 3”, played the bandit Sergei Zhuravlev in the adventure series “Mine”. Next was the work in the paintings “Wake Up Together”, “Premonition”, “Dusty Work”, “Newlyweds”. In addition, Dmitry became an actor in the sketch show on Channel One, “Nonna, come on!”. Since 2013, Yermak has been constantly taking part in the program “Romance of Romance” on the TV channel “Culture”.
In April 2014, a grandiose event took place - as part of the opening of the Golden Mask National Theater Award Ceremony, Yermak made his debut in the title role of the musical The Phantom of the Opera. Of course, today the name of Dmitry Ermak is inextricably linked with work in musicals. I must say that the attitude to the performances of this genre in the post-Soviet countries is ambiguous. There is an opinion that musicals in Russia do not have such popularity as, say, in the USA. But many people find it difficult to answer the question of what needs to be done so that the Russian audience loves the musical performance. According to Dmitry, such opinions about musical productions are fundamentally wrong, and only people who do not know anything about this genre of art can reason in this way. The actor claims that Russia is rightfully considered the birthplace of drama theater, but there is a place in the audience’s heart for the musical as well. Dmitry admits that he has been working in this genre for six years, and he never had to go on the stage of a half-filled hall. The performances are always sold out. In the opposite case, it would not be possible to work out 36 performances per month.
Naturally, work in a crazy rhythm takes a lot of energy, and the man shares that he has to work hard. However, Dmitry learned to use energy efficiently. He closely monitors his health, protects his throat and his own ligaments - at home he tries to talk less, not to raise his voice.
The most valuable thing in the work of musical artists is that they pass through rigorous selection before participating in the production. They are not automatically invited from the performance to the performance, previous regalia in this matter have no power. And this is a very important rule that allows you to get a high-quality product at the output - that's exactly what actor Dmitry Ermak believes.
Personal life
Dmitry is successful not only in his career, but also in his personal life. He is married to a stage colleague, actress Natalia Bystrova. In 2015, the couple had a joint child - the son of Elisha. The acquaintance of the actors began with mutual antipathy - at the first meeting they did not imbue each other with friendly feelings. Natalya, in general, at first was distrustful of Dmitry, not welcoming his attempts to get closer to her in communication. However, later the guys had to play in one performance, and something changed in their relationship. Gradually, antipathy grew into friendship, and then - into love.
Today, Natalia and Dmitry have to spend a lot of time together - both at home and at work. This is not always easy, and, of course, conflicts and quarrels arise between them from time to time. But, as Dima says, it is important to relate to this correctly, to separate the family and the profession, to keep silent somewhere, to give way somewhere. Dmitry chuckles at Natalya and claims that sometimes she behaves like a princess - a little flirty and a little impregnable, mannered. But this is precisely what she conquered him at the time.
Dmitry answers frankly to questions about future plans. He says that he is trying not to think about what will happen. A man just lives today and enjoys what is happening in his life. His stronghold is a happy family and a lot of work. Of course, in dreams there is a desire to get a good role on Channel One, and maybe one day to go on the Broadway stage. But the main thing that Dmitry Ermak is going to do in the future is to raise a son, raise a decent and happy person.
By the way, Dmitry would not want his child to follow in the footsteps of his parents and choose the profession of an actor. However, if this happens, he will not interfere with the desires of his son. The man is sure that in any case, the child will certainly inherit the data of his talented parents. The actor plans to pay a lot of attention to the development of his baby, and, of course, playing sports - tennis or football - a minimum program that does not interfere in life. The artist is sure that it is very important in childhood to provide the child with maximum opportunities, especially since in a big city it is not at all difficult.
