Today on TV screens you can increasingly see Dmitry Shevchenko. Despite the fact that the actor plays mostly negative characters, he managed to gain great popularity. Dmitry won the hearts of the audience immediately after the release of the film "Birthday of the Bourgeois", where he played the role of the constantly beaten pimp Arthurchik. But who is he really - the favorite of women, the actor Dmitry Shevchenko, popular today?

Family and parents

The future theater and film actor in Odessa was born on June 17, 1964. His family was not full for long (his parents divorced), therefore his mother was mainly engaged in raising his son. She also instilled in Dima a love for the theater, as she had many friends among the actors. Dmitry’s mother and grandfather saw him as a future scientist; at a young age, a young man wrote a book with his grandfather. But the boy was not destined to become a scientist: his love for the theater, instilled in his mother, was very great.

Dmitry had a good relationship with his father, they periodically saw each other. In my memories there were kayaking on mountain rivers, skiing, expeditions.

At school, Dima was not an excellent student, and he was not characterized by exemplary behavior, but the teachers did not put him “bad luck”.

Study

Already at school, Dmitry Shevchenko took part in amateur performances. Then, like a significant part of the graduates, he entered the Odessa Polytechnic Institute at the Faculty of Economics. During the years of study, the future actor took part in the production of pop miniatures, was a member of the KVN team. Gradually, he had a dream to become an actor, and when in 1986 he graduated from the Polytechnic, he decided to enter LGITMiK. But there was one problem: he had to work for three years in the specialty he received.

When Dima arrived at the Kiev Academy of Sciences, he met with the Minister. Shevchenko must have made a good impression, because this meeting was fateful: after all, after that, Dmitry Valerievich almost immediately entered LGITMiK on the course of E. Padve.

Dmitry and the Alexander Theater

Dmitry Shevchenko, whose biography is full of interesting events, graduated from LGITMiK in 1990. Almost a year after that, he worked in an informal theater with actors from Shanghai. They developed the production of one of the tales of G.-H. Andersen in the Beijing Opera genre, but this project was destined to close due to lack of funding.

In 1991, Shevchenko played several performances in the community of dramatic actors in St. Petersburg. He was spotted by a director from the St. Petersburg Academic Theater. A.S. Pushkin, and then invited to the troupe. In this theater, Dmitry Shevchenko worked for five years. During this time he managed to play many roles, both main and secondary. Dima loved the theater, but always dreamed of acting in films. He already had experience: as a student at LGITMiK, he played a major role in the film Twenty Minutes with an Angel, and somewhat later in the English film Zinc Boys.

Since it seemed to Dmitry that it was impossible to combine theater and cinema, he packed his bags and in 1997 moved to Moscow ...

Movie

In Moscow, Dmitry began acting in the videos of A. Ukupnik, F. Kirkorov, Valeria and many other famous musicians, thanks to which he gained some fame. He was invited to appear in an advertisement for Nezavisimaya Gazeta, and later in the film Mu-Mu. It was then that the future star was noticed by the Kiev directors, who were selecting actors for the series “Bourgeois's Birthday”. Dmitry got an interesting role as a pimp Arthurchik, although this did not happen right away. The actor Dmitry Shevchenko played his character perfectly, so he immediately attracted the attention of the public to his person.

After the release of the film, the directors for a long time offered Dmitry similar roles. But the actor refused, because he believed that he had a slightly greater potential. This was reflected in such films as “Detectives”, “Poor Nastya”, “12 Chairs” and others. The range of characters played by Dmitry Shevchenko (the filmography includes dozens of films loved by the audience) is very wide. This is a businessman in the film "Death by Testament", and a sculptor in the film "The Limit of Desires", and a psychiatrist in "Family Secrets" E. Tsyplakova.

In addition to the movie, Dmitry Shevchenko tried himself on television. He was invited to the channel "1 + 1" as the host of the show "Honeymoon".

Dmitry Shevchenko personal life

Dmitry Shevchenko: personal life

The actor does not like to talk about personal. His family life with Maria Shalaeva did not work out. My wife was seventeen years younger, and they met on the set of the picture “Freshman”, where they played together. Dima very often fell in love with a partner, but always advocated a long-term relationship. The family was destined to disintegrate after six years of marriage. The breakup occurred without scandals. Most likely, life did not work out together because of the long separation of the spouses, since both of them were artists and constantly traveled to different cities.

Dmitry Shevchenko and Maria Shalaeva have a son Nestor. Dad regularly communicates with the boy on the phone, as they currently live in different cities.

Now Dmitry is a free man. He does not communicate with his son’s mother, although it all began so beautifully. The news of the birth of a son was unexpected for Shevchenko. He adopted a child, but did not begin to live with Mary. Moreover, he now has an unfriendly relationship with his ex-wife, which affects communication with his son. It even happened that Dmitry met with him secretly.

The actor gives his heroes special charm and charisma. The viewer loved each of them for their sincerity, and Dmitry - for the ability to accurately convey their experiences and character. Every film in which a popular actor was shot today, I want to review. And although Dmitry plays mostly negative heroes, they not only attract attention: the audience simply falls in love with the characters, the liveliness of their characters, their charm and even negative features, and wants to see them in the next series of the film.
