Over time, due to improper sitting at a desk, a computer and a number of other reasons, the curvature of the spinal column occurs in children. This situation can be corrected at any age. Sleeping is best on a hard bed. The surface of the mattress should be flat. Avoid spring beds, they give a lot of stress to the spine. Even if it is perfectly even with you, gradually such mattresses will provide you with a curvature. With an inhalation, first stretch your spine up, then exhale lean exactly to the left. With full deflection, completely relax. After a minute, take a breath and rise. Swap your palms and tilt the other way.

Sit, stretch your left leg in front of you, bend your right knee, put your hip on the outside to the floor, place your heel in the groin area. Lower your left palm onto your right knee, extend your right hand at chest level. With a gaze โ€œcatchโ€ on the fingers and with an inhalation begin to wind your hand behind your back, turn the whole body along the axis of the spine, watching the palm of your hand. When completely twist in each vertebra, lower your right hand to the floor, with your eyes try to look over your shoulder. Watch the spine, it should be stretched vertically. After a couple of minutes, raise your right hand above the floor, look at your fingers and slowly exhale with an exhale.
