This prejudice is explained by the fact that quite rarely the domestic film industry pleases us with high-quality full-length films, and with the series it often turns out the same picture.
The series “Legal Doping” is intriguing with its name, the fact that the theme of sports in the series is raised relatively rarely, and the trailer seems promising. Although the average person who is poorly versed in sports terminology may seriously think that the talk in this “soap opera” will be about crime and drugs. Everything is much more interesting. It turns out that legal doping is a forced pregnancy before the competition, because of which the physical indicators of the body supposedly skyrocket to heaven. This explanation clearly defines the direction of all further action and the genre policy of film-making.

Still, you should not lament about the complete unsuitability of the series, since he still has some positive aspects. It can not be said that the cast is brilliant and breathtakingly talented, but it is objectively good. We tried, sought ... In places, however, we overdid it a bit. Legal Doping, a series that is marketed as a movie about sports, turned out to be a romantic story.
The main character Lyudmila, whose sports career is seeking a logical conclusion due to her unsportsmanlike age, suddenly realizes that it is time for her to find a man. Lyudmila makes love only on holidays, suffers from her ex-husband and invites the first people she meets to her house for the night. Due to constant failures in the competition, he agrees to coax the coach to accept the so-called “legal doping”, and because of this decision, he subsequently suffers from loneliness. All this sad story is diluted with good jokes and cute characters, and the dialogues do not sound sucked from the finger.
A non-life story is the key to cinematic troubles!
But the Russian series is a Russian series, and after the fourth series, he lost his potential, an attempt to become an exception to the rule "Legal Doping" smashed to smithereens. The inconspicuous gray mouse Lyudmila suddenly becomes desirable for all men in the district, from small to large. She loves everyone around, and everyone around loves her. The search for female happiness turns into satisfaction of sexual needs, as a result of which the heroine constantly steps on the same rake.
The creators are trying to make the series “a collection of standard family problems” from the series, they forget to pay the actors a fee, and they are instantly blown away. The action slides into meaningless chaos, which can neither be understood nor loved. Of course, in contrast to such "masterpieces" as "Happy Together" or "Univer", the heart-breaking story about the biathlete Lyudmila evokes at least some feelings. Let's say boldly contradictory and ambiguous. Finding it to the end is extremely difficult, the viewer gets tired of constantly repeating circumstances in the life of the main character.
Manufacturing Country: Russia - Diagnosis or Prejudice?
Perhaps if instead of the series a full-length film “Legal Doping” was shot, albeit from several parts, he could have succeeded. And now, unfortunately, he only needs to collect a few views in online cinemas.
