Gaova Sytsin was convincing, creating an impressive image of the Mongolian beauty. “Palace” is a Chinese series similar to a beautiful medieval fairy tale, though with a very mixed ending. The work of the director Anzi Pan surprises with the play of color, contrast, unobtrusive and organic computer graphics used to the place. This TV product should be treated as a beautiful story or a parable, but in no case as a historical and documentary reliable picture. Although the project falls into the category of “The Best Chinese TV Series”, the story underlying its plot is too universal, it is more similar to the romanticized historians of the reign of the ancient emperors. Plot
Events unfold in the imperial palace of ancient China. The ruling emperor is surrounded by many prince sons, between whom secret feuds begin, the reason for this is the struggle for the throne. The court contains countless young servants trained in court etiquette. Every beauty dreams of becoming the wife of one of the princes. The main characters, friends of Chen Xiang and Liu Li, were no exception. Once Chen Xiang, under the cover of a friend’s headscarf, helped the 13th prince attract butterflies, a man decides to marry an assistant. And she selects the mistress of the scarf - Liu Li. The girl, changing her status, not only kept silent about the error, but also began to show her superiority in every way to the ex-girlfriend (betrayal and treachery is one of the most frequent moments that use melodramatic Chinese series with Russian voice acting). The thirteenth prince, tired of waiting for the death of his father, decides to kill him, but Liu Li informs the conspirators, and their plans are not destined to come true. The prince falls into disgrace to the emperor, his fate is further more than tragic, as well as the unfortunate Chen Xiang in love with him.

Chinese cinema has long trodden a path to domestic screens. The colorful style of fantasy and historical epic series is loved by many compatriots. But practically no one but experts is familiar with the Chinese animation, the characters created based on the Chinese chivalric novels, and especially the culture of illustrations. Therefore, few people know that they are born at the junction of new technologies and traditional Chinese art, not without the influence of Japanese anime. In addition to producing their own products, animation studios in China willingly collaborate with colleagues from other countries.
