In the modern world, quite complex socio-economic relations take shape due to many factors, including globalization, the development of innovative technologies, the introduction of modern forms of management and so on. An ordinary person practically does not have the opportunity to understand all the intricacies of this environment. In this case, it becomes necessary to organize some structures capable of regulating, first of all, the social aspects of life. The most emphasized this problem is able to solve public organizations. Their main task can be considered to ensure the preservation of cultural values, the conditions of the material component of life, social benefits.
What relationships do the state and public organizations support?
It should be noted right away that in their essence public organizations are oriented towards structural support of certain groups of citizens, while the state, by its purpose, should control and regulate the spheres of activity of all its citizens. This aspect is often a stumbling block. If organizations are non-profit in nature, including charity, then the role of state institutions in managing the activities of the subject is minimal. On the other hand, there are various kinds of political structures, including youth public organizations, which aim to receive certain political dividends that allow achieving their goals. In this case, the role of the state increases many times, for the simple reason that these public institutions have as their goal to influence the political component of the activities of the state institutions themselves.
Social orientation of public organizations
As practice shows, in a compartment of all other public organizations whose task is to solve specific social problems, both of an individual and a group of people, to a large extent prevail in any more or less developed state. This is not surprising, since it is the social orientation of the state economy that determines the level of self-consciousness of society. In this area, the state and public organizations act, as a rule, on one side of the barricades.
Of great importance in modern life is the development of information technology, primarily the Internet. The population gains access to the rapid exchange of information, which significantly increases the mobility and dynamism of the activities of socially oriented organizations. For example, the movement of cash flows increases in speed many times, which allows you to quickly collect the funds necessary to achieve certain goals, for example, to treat a child.
On the other hand, individual youth social organizations of a destructive nature are very pleased to use the achievements of science and technology for their own not quite decent goals. A striking example of this is the events that have taken place in the world in recent times, including London and Paris. If some time ago it took time and certain technologies to gather a sufficiently large number of people in one place, today, using these technological “gadgets”, certain, including social networks, public organizations, if I may say so, achieve their goals in shorter timing and in a more efficient manner. As they say, in everything there are two sides of the coin. It is worth saying that in their quantity they are always in the minority, and society should not be guided by them in the field of their development.
