The Vietnam Market organization in Kazan suffered damage in the amount of over 120 million rubles, and the lessee in the amount of more than 3 million rubles. The sellers, in aggregate, suffered losses in the amount of over 86 million rubles. In total, over 209 million rubles cost the market a quarrel between the entrepreneur and her son.
All from scratch
Despite a serious fire, reconstruction of the building after the accident and the market closing by court order, the market was able to degenerate into a new modern shopping center. And although the new building is no longer in the same place, for no buyer there is no question about where the Vietnam Market is located in Kazan. The official opening took place in August 2016 and became an important event in the commercial life of the city. Now this shopping complex consists of three large pavilions, they have the same address, but with different numbers. The entire complex was rebuilt in accordance with all technical and fire safety standards. The forces of investors managed not only to completely transform the previous look, but also to breathe new life into the already beloved market. And also when planning it, all the negative aspects that arose from buyers were taken into account. Now the purchases have become comfortable, and the Vietnamese is still as friendly as before.
