Further down the corridor lives a dancer with a beautiful figure, Ronda Blair, a former ballerina, and currently a fitness instructor. Rhonda shares a two-room apartment with aspiring actress Sandy Harling. Motorcyclist Jake used to meet her, but when Joe appeared, the relationship went wrong. After a series of unsuccessful attempts to play an episodic character in a movie, Sandy got a major role in the series Tomorrow and Forever, left the house at Melrose Place and went off to shoot in New York. Ronda did not stop too, a rich restaurateur made an offer to her.

Soon, Amanda Woodward, a charming and assertive bitch who bought Melrose Place, appeared on the front of the stage.
