Digging into the history of the house, Atenton finds out that there lived a family of a psychopath who, having shot his wife and daughters, tried to commit suicide, but survived. Where after the madman went, everyone around them prefers to keep quiet. Not only local law enforcement officers are silent, but also a nervous neighbor (Naomi Watts), however, she has more than enough of her family problems.
