At the same time, obtaining a profitable order provides the company with work for years to come, therefore, the cost of error here is especially high. He also informs the authorities about the rejected offers. If there were no profitable offers, the procedure is canceled. Then, the order on the return of the pledge (wadium) to the executors is transmitted to the accounting department. Actions and procedures are documented, protocols and applications are drawn up throughout the process. The tender specialist also keeps track of orders provided by the company and monitors costs. Sometimes his job responsibilities will also include processing information on assignments, as well as cooperation with portals involved in the official publication of competitions. In the second case - if the tender specialist represents the participating company - he must not only monitor the various opportunities, but also be responsible for completing the documents, for the compliance of the proposal with the customer's requirements, for the pricing policy of his company.
