CJSC Inzhavinsky Poultry Factory is part of Prioskolye. When the project was launched, it was planned that the products would be sold in the CIS countries and in foreign markets. The changed political situation slightly corrected the plans, but did not prevent the development of a new enterprise. Today the company is the largest investment project in the Tambov region.
Description
Closed Joint Stock Company "Inzhavinsky Poultry Factory" was legally founded in 2008. Construction work on the construction of the material base started in August 2010. The design organization was Prioskolye. The poultry breeding complex was built in the Tambov region, near the village of Kalugino, commissioning took place in November 2011.
Already in the opening year, CJSC Inzhavinsky Poultry Factory produced about 8 thousand tons of meat products and more than 10 thousand tons of broilers in live weight. The feed complex produced almost 22 thousand tons of feed.
The planned capacity was reached in 2012, which amounted to more than 100 thousand tons of live broilers, meat products - 90.9 thousand tons, feed - 188.5 thousand tons.
Infrastructure
The production complex of the poultry farm includes the following facilities:
- Incubator with local treatment facilities. About 84 million eggs are produced annually.
- Eight feedlots (each 43.2 m 2 , total building area 324.65 m 2 ).
- Two procurement complexes with storage areas for finished products and automatic packaging lines (total slaughter capacity is 103.5 units of raw materials per hour, one-time storage is provided for 5 thousand tons of finished product).
- Protein recovery workshop; the line produces meat and bone meal, which is in demand in agriculture and is rich in protein (waste processing and mortality of chickens).
- Feed mill, focused on their own needs (productivity - 30 tons of finished product per hour).
- Elevator (capacity - 50 thousand tons of raw materials for permanent storage).
- Fleet (more than 250 vehicles).
- Treatment facilities for water treatment (150 cubic meters per hour).
- Boiler room (capacity - 30 tons of steam in one hour).
- The number of employees is up to 3400 people (average).
Today Inzhavinsky poultry farm is one of the largest production enterprises in the Tambov region. The geography of coverage of products sold extends to the Tambov, Nizhny Novgorod, Ryazan, Lipetsk, Saratov, Moscow, Tula regions.

Emissions to the atmosphere are minimized thanks to the filter system in the treatment facilities of the factory. Waste from the production complex is not disposed of in a landfill, but is processed in a special workshop where meat and bone meal and other additives used to feed animals and plants are made from them. The company has a three-stage system of water treatment plants, made in Holland. Wastewater treatment consists of chemical, physical and biological disinfection of water used in the production. The system capacity is 3.6 cubic meters per day.
