For entities providing training services with the involvement of the teaching staff, a state license for educational activity is mandatory. Responsibility

1. Administrative responsibility in the form of a penalty of 2 thousand rubles. (for individuals) up to 50 thousand (for organizations).
2. The punishment in the form of a fine of up to 300 thousand rubles, up to 5 years in prison with a fine of up to 500 thousand rubles.

As for state institutions, they have no choice but to work with the permission of the Ministry of Education and Science. If the educational institution has committed a violation of the law, the Code of Administrative Offenses (Article 19.20, Part 1) establishes a fine. Its value is up to 250 thousand rubles.
