In the process of planning and implementing patient care, it is important not only to find out the causes of various disorders, but to investigate the external manifestations of pathology, which are the result of a deep disorder of the body and one of the main causes of discomfort.
Before starting the diagnosis, it is necessary to collect the necessary information about the patient. The duties of a nurse at the first stage also include the collection of information such as passport data, medical history, doctorβs diagnosis, description of pain, its nature, duration, intensity and so on.
After systematization of information, diagnostics are performed. Today, the term nursing diagnosis refers to the identification of a specific list of patient problems. This list includes stress, pain, hyperthermia, anxiety, self-hygiene, physical inactivity and more.
After establishing a "nursing diagnosis", care planning is carried out. The medical officer formulates the goals and objectives of care, assumes the expected dates and results. At this stage, the nursing process also includes the formulation of techniques, methods, methods, actions through which the planned goals and objectives will be achieved.
Care planning involves a clear plan, according to which conditions will be eliminated, to some extent complicating the disease. With a plan, the work of staff is clearly organized and coordinated.
