Plot

If earlier Moore specialized mainly in melodramas for women over 30, now he decided to master a younger audience, having worked on the film “Tear”. The plot takes the viewer from sunny Los Angeles to rainy England. Poppy Moore is a young girl who lost her mother five years ago. After her father’s remarrying, she seemed to be replaced, she became aggressive and impudent. To teach a lesson and ponder over his eccentric daughter, a wealthy father decides to place her in an English boarding house. Strict rules, refusal of chic, shine and fashionable things - this is a real torture for Poppy.
Once in a boarding house, the girl is trying by any means to achieve an exception in order to return to her native America. No intrigues of Poppy help, they punish her, but they do not exclude her. She decides to violate the guesthouse’s most restrictive ban — student relationships. Poppy seduces local handsome and son of director Freddy. The girl herself does not notice how she is changing. In the hostel, she begins to appreciate friendship, good attitude and love.
