Patient impressions
Reviews of most patients who sought help from the Bakulev Institute are positive. They note that they have to deal exclusively with professional employees who are able to make the right decisions even in unusual situations. As a result, most often, everything ends successfully.
There are many reviews about conducting quite complex operations that simply could not be carried out in any other place.
Negative
Of those who leave negative reviews about this clinic, there are many patients who consider the necessity of obtaining quotas for carrying out this or that operation controversial.
There are also complaints of a failed outcome after surgery. But it is worth recognizing that such complaints can be found in all medical institutions without exception, whose activities are directly associated with high risk.
In this center, there are especially many patients who are refused in all other medical institutions. So there is nothing surprising in the fact that there will be a significant percentage of procedures that end in failure, since you have to take risks.
But at the same time, in general, the quality of the services provided at the center and the institute remains at the highest level.
