Choosing the “Right” Float
Whether fishing during the course is successful depends not only on the fishing rod, hook and bait, but also on the float. The optimal forms of floats in this case are a drop or a ball. Teardrop-shaped and spherical floats behave ideally in fast flow conditions: they do not tumble to one side and do not dive underwater when the angler tries to hold equipment in one place. Fishing on the float requires attention to another important element - the antenna. The float for the flow must have a thick antenna: firstly, it will be clearly visible at a great distance, and secondly, it will take on the functions of an additional float. resist float diving in case the hook is hooked to the bottom. Floats with thin antennas react too sensitively in such cases when fishing in the wiring. It is quite problematic to make a cut in case of each flooding of the float - after a little time this process will begin to annoy, and fishing will turn into a torment. night fishing, antennas are suitable whose diameter corresponds to the diameter of catalytic fireflies. On small rivers it is best to use floats with a thick, short antenna, as the shallow depth, clear water and bright bottom make the inhabitants of such rivers relate with great distrust to any object that catches their eye. Especially to large dark objects floating on top.
Fishing from a boat during
When fishing from a boat, first of all, it is necessary to determine the depth. Because fishing is used during the course, it is advisable to find a place with a more or less even bottom, whose area would be 10-20 meters. In places with an uneven bottom, the fish is not suitable for bait. Fishing with a telescopic fishing rod from a boat is carried out according to the same principles as from the shore, however, the equipment should be longer - this will allow bringing the fish closer to the boat, and the rod will not fall into the "dead zone".
