Light therapy device Bioptron. Contraindications and indications for use

The positive effect of sunlight is undeniable. Many plants, animals, and, of course, man cannot exist without miraculous warmth and light. Light therapy methods using various light emitting devices have been known for a long time and are successfully used to treat a wide range of diseases. The bioptron apparatus, as the Swiss manufacturer Zepter points out, emits a soft polarized light flux that combines visible light wavelengths and infrared. At the same time, which is very important, the device completely eliminates ultraviolet rays, which are so harmful and dangerous when exposed to the sun.

Success in the treatment of various diseases using this device is primarily due to the fact that it has a normalizing, regulating and regenerating effect on the body, improves immunity and improves the quality of treatment in the complex.

The use of a bioptron gave good results in the treatment of diseases of the nervous system. Due to the effect of therapeutic light flux on nerve endings and tissues, acute pain syndrome decreases, and the range of movements increases.

The use of a bioptron for various skin diseases, urticaria, acne, herpes, inflammatory diseases of the genital organs, cervical erosion showed very good results. The device treats skin scars well, both fresh and keloid. As an anesthetic, it is used during migraines, headaches and joint pain.

Light therapy with the device has proven itself very well in the treatment of surgical pathologies and postoperative complications. Treatment contributes to faster healing of wounds, surgical sutures, suppurations, ulcers and boils. By increasing the overall immune status at the cellular level, metabolic processes improve. It also contributes to faster restoration of bone tissue during fractures.

Treatment with directional light flux is the most effective in cosmetology. Visible polarizing light has a pronounced anti-inflammatory, regenerating and biostimulating effect not only on problem acne and large-pore skin, but also significantly reduces the signs of aging and withering.

However, despite the wide range of uses, like any medicine, it has its own side effects and the bioptron device. Contraindications are associated primarily with the fact that the analgesic effect, if the causes of the pain syndrome are not correctly determined, can aggravate the disease. So, relieving pain in acute appendicitis can mislead the doctor, and thereby the optimal duration of the operation will be missed. In acute thrombophlebitis, a bioptron should not be used. Contraindications in this case are determined by the fact that an improvement in blood flow after application of the device for this disease can lead to the separation of a blood clot. The effect of the bioptron on malignant blood diseases and on hyperthyroidism has not been well studied.

There are a number of diseases in which you should not use a bioptron. Contraindications to its use are as follows: oncological diseases with processes of volumetric damage, pregnancy, decompensated diseases of the kidneys, heart, endocrine and hematopoietic systems. The combination of device treatment with the simultaneous use of corticosteroids, immunomodulators and cytostatics does not give positive results.

A natural, similar to the solar, but low-intensity light flux emitted by the device is shown to everyone from early childhood. Therefore, the bioptron does not have a contraindication by age limit; it can be safely used from infancy to old age. The device has proven itself in the treatment of otitis media, rhinitis, bruising, etc.
